Nas categorias de rap, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis levou para casa quatro de suas sete indicações; incluindo a "Melhor Álbum de Rap" vitória sobre Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Jay-Z e Kanye West. JAY Z ganhou dois com o "Sant Graal", e os demais foram excluídos.
