Dylan Mills (nascido em 1985, em Bow, East London [1]), conhecido profissionalmente como Dizzee Rascal, Ele é Inglês rapper, compositor e produtor. Sua música é uma mistura de garagem MCing, rap convencional, e ragga, com amostras extremamente eclético e mais exóticos estilos. Seu debut álbum, Boy In Da Corner, ele ganhou o Mercury Prize 2003. Follow-up álbuns Showtime Maths + English também têm sido aclamado pela crítica.
